If Your property is not at risk of water damages and occupants are not in danger, It may not be an emergency visit. Our Team is always on standby 24/7 and can help you determine whether your situation is severe enough to dispatch an emergency crew.
What TO DO In a Plumbing Emergency?
Here are a few best practices to implement while waiting for emergency services:

1. SHUT OFF THE WATER. If you’re unsure where the problem is stemming from, it’s safest to shut off the main water valve. If there is a leak coming from a specific place, you can shut off the water directly to that area.
2. DON’T USE CHEMICALS. Using store-bought chemical drain cleaners may seem like a good idea, but the reality is that you may end up making the problem worse by damaging pipes.
3. ASSESS THE DAMAGE: The more you can discern what is going on, the better equipped the plumber will be with supplies before heading to your property.
4. Don’t DELAY CALLING A PROFESSIONAL: Pushing off emergency services might lead to higher costs due to more extensive damages happening while you wait.
